Intelligence Attention

Delegate your attention. Keep your focus.

Joora understands what's happening across your digital world and brings your attention only to what deserves it.

Choose what Joora is for you: a personal assistant, a personal team, or a chief of staff.

The Joora mark

The problem

You have one attention. Everything wants it.

Inbox, chats, tasks, documents, your team — every stream demands that you go and check it.

Today it is the person who watches the software. With Joora it is the other way round.

Why it wears you down
  • To miss nothing you reopen the same places again and again, asking yourself whether anything important arrived.
  • With Joora the software notices the change itself, and you get the conclusion.
  • What slips is usually what nobody wrote down anywhere.

How it works

Your digital world becomes one stream of events.

Dozens of systems become one stream in which the same thing never appears twice. Then each step is narrower than the last, and what survives is what cannot be settled without you.

Sources merge into one stream and narrow down to what requires you.

Measured on our own installation

  • ≈3 in 100 judged events reached you — the rest was kept, and you were not disturbed with it.
  • ≈50k events judged down to the last one — the queue is empty every cycle.
You decide what counts as important
  • You set the context of attention, not a list of tasks: which people, which projects, which changes are a risk.
  • The same message is noise for one person and a reason to act for another. You draw that line.
  • The rest does not disappear: it is kept and available — you are simply not disturbed with it.

Good morning

3 things need your attention

  • Invoice due today
  • Sofia is waiting for a reply
  • Release plan changed

Everything else is under control

One note instead of ten apps.

The morning note is not a report on everything. It is the short list that needs you.

  • done
  • waiting
  • needs attention
  • needs approval

Formats

Choose what Joora is for you.

One product, three ways to use it. What changes is how much of the work you hand over.

  • Personal assistant When you work on your own and the problem is not losing what matters among a dozen apps.

    What you get

    • one stream instead of ten apps
    • a morning note and a nudge before the deadline
    • an answer to “what changed”

    An example morning

Morning: three lines — an invoice due today, a reply someone is waiting for, and a change in the release plan. The rest is kept.

  • Personal team When there is more work than one head gets through, and you need things to run in parallel.

    What you get

    • several helpers working at the same time
    • long work never crowds your conversation
    • the conclusion comes back from Joora, in one voice

    An example morning

While you are on a call, one helper files the documents and another puts together a briefing. By lunch you have one answer instead of five drafts.

  • Chief of staff When you have people to lean on and need someone holding the whole picture.

    What you get

    • the state of every front in one place
    • promises and expectations with a state and a date
    • permitted actions run; the rest waits for your yes

    An example morning

Instead of a status meeting — one question, “what changed this week”, and an answer a few lines long: what is moving, what is stuck, what cannot be settled without you.

What Joora does

Joora takes the next step on what matters.

Seven things that happen to an event once it has been judged important.

  • remembers

Holds the context: who promised what, what it is waiting on, and how it ended.

  • tracks

Promises and expectations do not get lost: each one has a state and a date.

  • reminds

The nudge arrives before the deadline, not after it has gone wrong.

  • highlights

Mentions, status changes and new documents — the ones that concern you.

  • analyses

Reads threads and documents and returns a short conclusion, not a retelling.

  • reports

The morning note, and an answer to “what changed” in a few lines.

  • acts

Permitted actions are carried out in your systems; the rest comes to you for approval.

Helpers

Long work never crowds your conversation.

A separate helper takes it — one task, and nothing else on its mind. Five run weekly, overnight, keeping things in order; for a single question one more is raised.

Five helpers run weekly beside Joora; one more is raised for a single question.

  • store finds what moved and compresses what grew bloated
  • memory carries what deserves it into durable memory, corrections beside, never over
  • files files what has piled up and leaves every pointer working
  • audit checks the work of the others: the one who wrote it is the wrong one to check it
  • status separates procedure and history from what is true today
  • in parallel they all work at once, each in its own narrow context, and Joora brings their conclusions together into one
  • researcher raised for one question, then gone when it is answered
  • analyst raised to make sense of one thing, then gone when it is done

And when one question needs digging into, a helper is raised for exactly that — and the result reaches you from Joora, in one voice.

Assistant network

One assistant asks another.

Everyone has their own Joora. Yours puts the question to the assistants of the other people in a shared group — and brings you back one answer.

Seven assistants in a shared group: a question travels along the permitted links, and the answer comes back to yours.

The network works today; it is configured as part of the basic setup.

How it actually works
  • Two or more assistants sit in one shared group.
  • Each one talks only to those on a mutual list of who is allowed.
  • Questions and answers travel there between the assistants — there is no thread to read.
  • A team. Equip your colleagues, then ask your own: “Why is the release delayed?”
  • A household. Your assistant and the assistant of someone close to you settle it between themselves, with no thread to read.

Under control

You stay the owner of every connection.

Joora works with the sources you connect: mail, a work tracker, a team chat, a personal messenger, a calendar. The conversation happens in Telegram.

  • On your own computer

Joora runs on your own computer — one installation for one person. Its store, its logs and everything Joora writes stay on your machine.

  • One door outward

Everything beyond your machine is reached through one gateway. The keys to your systems live in the gateway, not in the assistant, and the gateway offers exactly the tools you chose.

  • The last word is yours

Reading and analysis happen without you; to change anything in your systems Joora needs your yes. There are few of those — only where the decision is genuinely yours, and every action leaves a trace that contains none of your data.

  • An update rewrites nothing

An update never asks for a login twice and never touches your settings. A restore point is taken before every start.

The weekly limit used to run out on Wednesday. Now it lasts the week.

The same subscription. The assistant simply doesn't reread everything each time.

an ordinary assistant — rereads everything, every time

Joora — reads only what changed

our own example: roughly 15x less spend

Joora strips the repeats before anyone has to pay for them — so the assistant stays with you the whole week.

Pricing

$300 once + from $30 a month.

The setup is paid once, the subscription every month. The $30 covers the base set, the same for everyone.

Modules for you

from $200 per module

A separate capability, natively built into the assistant.

Talk it through
What is a module?
  • A module is a separate program that Joora starts and looks after. Joora never looks inside it: it uses the module through the skill the module brings with it and through the data the module produces.
  • A module can work on its own on a schedule, report when a piece of work is done, or offer tools Joora reaches through the gateway.
  • For you that can be a connection to a service Joora does not reach yet, collection from a source of your own, or a capability around your work — invoices, reports, your own subject area.

Questions

The short answers to what is asked most.

  • Which sources are supported?

Any service that has an MCP server — today that is most work tools. Out of the box there are connections to mail, a work tracker, a team chat, a personal messenger and a calendar. The setup connects one of them, your choice; each further one is agreed separately, and sources outside that set are part of tailored configuration.

  • What does “asks before acting” mean?

Reading and analysis happen without you. To change anything in your systems Joora needs your yes. There are few of those — only where the decision is genuinely yours.

  • What stays on my machine?

The installation itself, its store and its logs. Outward, Joora goes through one gateway, and the keys to your systems live in that gateway, which is yours.

  • Why is a Claude subscription needed?

Joora runs on the Claude model. You take the subscription out in your own name and pay Anthropic directly; it is not part of our price.

  • What is a pilot?

Two weeks on one real workflow — with the connections you choose. After that you decide whether to carry on.

  • What is a module?

A separate program that Joora starts and looks after: a connection to a service, collection from a source of yours, or a capability around your work. Each module brings its own skill, so Joora knows how to use it from the first day.

  • What happens on an update?

An update never asks for a login twice and never touches your settings. A restore point is taken before every start.

  • Does the assistant network work today?

Yes. Two or more assistants in one shared group talk to each other when each is on a mutual list of who is allowed. It is configured as part of the basic setup.

  • What does extra configuration cost?

Any additional configuration is agreed separately: $60 an hour, minimum two hours. Larger work — your sources, pipelines and helpers built around the way you work — is tailored configuration, from $600.
